Biographical Summary of Board Nominees for the 2018 - 2021 Term (To be voted on at the Annual Membership Meeting on July 27th, 2018)
CW4 (ret) Rebecca S. Brashears – Becky has served on the BOD since 2015. She is currently the Strategic Planning Committee Chairperson and she is very active in ATMF and 3rd Port Reunion activities.
LTC (ret) Richard “Chris” Hubbard – Chris served on active duty in the Army for over 31 years rising through the ranks from Private to Lieutenant Colonel. He has had operational and combat deployments in the SOUTHCOM, CENTCOM, AFRICOM and PACOM areas of operation. He has served on the BOD since 2015. He is currently a member of the Strategic Planning Committee and he is seeking to serve on the Executive Committee as our Vice President. He is married to LTC (ret) Nancy Jo Hubbard; they have four children and they reside in Williamsburg, VA.
MSG (ret) Marina A. Libro - Marina has been a member of the BOD since2015. Marina serves as Chairperson of our newly formed Fundraising Committee and is very active in the 3rd Port Reunion. A couple notable accomplishments this term include Marina leading the redesign, and distribution of the ATMF trifold brochure, as well as being a vital link in the reactivation of the ATMF face book page (https://www.facebook.com/ATMFoundation) (https://www.facebook.com/ATMFoundation).
CSM (ret) Paul J. Nelson – Paul has been a BOD member since 2004 and served as the ATMF Secretary the past two years. He is also Chairperson of the Membership recruitment Committee and Chairperson of our annual raffle. CSM (ret) Nelson is a 2015 inductee of the Transportation Corps Hall of Fame.
CSM (ret) Stephen P. Raschke – Steve has been a BOD member since 2002 and serves as Chairperson of the annual Colonel Joe Botts Golf Tournament as well as past chair of the annual raffle. Steve is currently a member of the Fundraising Committee. CSM (ret) Raschke is a 2009 inductee of the Transportation Corps Hall of Fame.
Mr. Tyler Robbins –Ty is a U.S. Navy Chief (Ret) who served as a Journalist after serving twenty years over a 30 year period. He owns a small railroad company in Cleveland, Ohio, and his wife is a high school coach. He currently serves on the Finance, Audit, and Investment Committee.

CW5 (ret) Michael Wichterman – Mike is a native of Hutchinson, Minnesota. He entered the United States Army in 1982 and was accessed into the Warrant Officer Corp's in 1988. He is married to the former Mary Ann LaTorre of Buffalo, NY and has two children, Marina Zoe and Michael John Jr. Mike served a number of assignments in the 7th Transportation Group including tours with the 10th, 11th, & 24th Transportation Battalions and the 7th Transportation Group HHC, as well as tours in Panama, Italy/Albania, Kuwait, Fort Bragg, along with tours in the Office of the Chief of Transportation and Combined Arms Support Command where he retired in 2013. CW5 (ret) Wichterman is a 2016 inductee of the Transportation Corps Hall of Fame.
